About My Practice
A compassionate, non-judgemental space for healing

I work with a wide range of issues, including bereavement, health concerns, anxiety, depression and relationship difficulties. Sometimes it might be more of a sense of feeling out of control, or emotionally exhausted - or perhaps you are contemplating a major life change and want some clarity on your decision.
Sometimes talking is difficult or just isn't enough. I can offer creative approaches such as using imagery, drawing, or sand play to help you explore the issue you bring. I have specialties in Neurodivergence. (ADHD & Autism).
I am an integrative counsellor working one to one with adults aged 18+. I use person centred methods to build our therapeutic relationship, which means I hold you at the centre of all we do and you are in control of each session and what we cover. I can use Gestalt, transpersonal, and cognitive behavioural, as well as psychodynamic therapies where appropriate to best support you.
